What is Psychological Intervention?

At the Australian Psychology and Speech Clinic, we recognise that every individual experiences and processes the world differently. For this reason, our psychologists use a range of evidence-based interventions and approaches supported by research to assist individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Our team works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a broad range of mental health conditions and life challenges. These include anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, eating disorders, behavioural difficulties, relationship issues, and major life transitions. We also support individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Our psychologists support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a wide range of mental health conditions and life challenges. We address anxiety and mood disorders, eating disorders, relationship issues, work-related stress and major life transitions.
