Call Our Clinic
By Appointment Only
Our clinic operates strictly by appointment only. We offer a range of appointment times across different disciplines, and some of our therapists also provide after-hours and weekend availability. Please contact our administration team to enquire about current availability.
Our admin team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist with enquiries. We are unable to attend to calls outside of these hours. For non-urgent matters, please email us at info@apsc.com.au, and we aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
If you wish to contact your practitioner directly, please note they may not be available for same-day phone requests. This helps ensure appointments remain fair and uninterrupted, allowing our clinicians to provide their full attention during scheduled sessions without being interrupted by calls between appointments.
If you require time to speak with your practitioner outside of a scheduled session, we recommend booking a brief 10-minute consultation. Please note that extended phone consultations (beyond 15 minutes) incur a fee.

Getting to the Australian Psychology and Speech Clinic: How to Find Us
Our clinic is located at the rear of the Western Sydney Community Centre premises; however, we operate as a separate and independent service.
To access the clinic, please enter through the Western Sydney Community Centre gated car park and proceed to the rear of the building. Our clinic has a separate side entrance—please follow the pathway and use the ramp for entry.
We aim to provide an accessible and welcoming environment for all clients.

Arriving by Train
If you are arriving by train, the clinic is approximately an 11-minute walk from Auburn Station.
Exit the station via South Parade, then turn right onto Auburn Road and continue walking straight towards Auburn Public School. Proceed straight through the traffic lights. The clinic is located opposite Al-Faisal College, Auburn Campus.
Nearby Bus Stops
The following bus stops are within walking distance of the Australian Psychology and Speech Clinic:
- Park Rd at Edgar St — approximately 2-minute walk
- Al-Faisal College, Auburn Rd — approximately 2-minute walk
- Park Rd opposite Edgar St — approximately 2-minute walk
- Auburn Rd opposite Norval St — approximately 5-minute walk
- Civic Park, Norval St — approximately 6-minute walk
Parking
There is limited parking available at the clinic. To access the clinic’s carpark, please enter via the gated car park. Additional free street parking is available along Auburn Road, as well as nearby Helena Street, Susan Street, and Beatrice Street.
Please note, as the clinic is located adjacent to two schools, traffic can be heavier during school pick-up hours. This typically eases after approximately 3:45 PM. If your appointment falls within this time, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early to allow time for parking and avoid delays.
Additional parking is available at the Auburn Council Car Park, located at 1 Susan Street, Auburn. The car park offers approximately 530 spaces and provides 2 hours of free parking. It is approximately a 5-minute walk from the clinic.
