Our Services

Physiotherapy

At APSC, our physiotherapy services aim to support our clients to improve movement, reduce pain, and build strength for greater independence and participation in meaningful activities. We provide personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy tailored to each person’s strengths, goals, and needs.

What is Physiotherapy?

At APSC, we are proud to have expanded our services to include physiotherapy. Physiotherapy focuses on treating injuries and conditions that affect movement, mobility, and overall function. It can involve a combination of manual therapy, education, exercise prescription all aimed at improving movement, reducing pain, and supporting day-to-day function and quality of life.

Our physiotherapists bring a range of clinical interests and experience, allowing us to support a wide variety of needs. We take the time to understand the cause of your physical challenges, not just the symptoms. This means looking at how your body moves, your daily demands, and what matters most to you. Whether you’re managing a sports injury or chronic pain, we aim to match you with a clinician who understands your context. For instance, being matched with a physiotherapist who has a background in sport can provide more tailored, practical support suited to your needs.

Injury Treatment

Multidisciplinary Practice

As a multidisciplinary practice, our physiotherapists also work closely with our occupational therapists and other allied health professionals to provide structured, holistic care where needed. This can be especially important for clients with complex or long-term needs.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or working through post-surgical rehabilitation, physiotherapy offers practical, evidence-based support to help you move and function more comfortably in everyday life.
