What services do you provide?

We offer multidisciplinary allied health services including assessments, psychological support, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and exercise physiology tailored to individual needs.

After submitting your enquiry, our administrative team will be in touch within 2 business days to follow up.

Our clinic is located at 98–100 Auburn Road, Auburn NSW 2144. We are situated at the rear of the Western Sydney Community Centre premises; however, we operate as a separate private practice.

Yes, on-site parking is available for clients. There is also free street parking nearby on Auburn Road and surrounding streets. Additional parking is available at Auburn Council Car Park (1 Susan Street, Auburn), which offers 2 hours free parking and is approximately a 5-minute walk from the clinic.

Please enter via the Western Sydney Community Centre gated car park and proceed to the rear of the building. Our clinic has a separate side entrance. Please follow the pathway and use the ramp for entry.

Yes, some clinicians offer after-hours and weekend availability. Please contact our team to enquire about current appointment times.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments incur a fee in line with our policy.

At Australian Psychology and Speech Clinic, we operate by appointment only to ensure the best care for all clients. If you need to contact your therapist or practitioner outside of your scheduled appointments, please note the following:

  • For non-urgent matters, email us at info@apsc.com.au and we will respond within 2-3 business days.
  • If you would like a quick call, you can schedule a 10-minute call in advance. Please note same-day phone requests may not be accommodated. Phone consultations exceeding 15 minutes may incur consultation fees.

No. APSC does not provide crisis or emergency services.

If you are in immediate danger or require urgent support, please contact 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.

Yes, we offer telehealth sessions.

Yes, we offer mobile therapeutic services to surrounding Sydney suburbs.

Prior to any mobile appointment, a risk assessment must be completed to ensure the location is safe and appropriate for our therapists to attend. This helps us maintain the safety of both clients and clinicians while delivering services in the community.

Yes, a comprehensive report is provided outlining assessment results, interpretation, and recommendations.

While a formal referral is not always required for speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or exercise physiology services, a referral is required for all psychological intervention and assessment services.

In some cases, a referral from a doctor may make you eligible for Medicare rebates. We recommend confirming your eligibility with your GP or Medicare prior to booking.
