Getting Started
Complete Our Referral Form
Fill out our online referral form so we can understand your needs and gather important information.
Provide GP or Specialist Referral
For private or Medicare-supported services, include a referral letter from your GP, paediatrician, or specialist.
Contact Our Team
Call or email us to discuss your referral, confirm eligibility, and ask any questions before your first appointment.
Book your session
After we review your referrals and paperwork, our team will confirm if we can accept your referral. If accepted, we will schedule therapy appointments to begin, with progress reviewed regularly
If using Medicare, attach your Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or GP Chronic Care Management Plan (GPCCMP) along with your referral.
